wisdom in the tarot?

not that you’re staring at a tarot deck right now, but the ten of wands (a.k.a. rods) is a fitting symbol for the reactions i’ve seen from many business owners faced with the current economic climate. whether you’re a led zeppelin fan and know the cover of their fourth record or not, the card depicts a man carrying a bundle of branches.

like you, i’ve witnessed the initial reactions of many business people to the changes around us – the negative (fear, retreat, depression), the unsure (stockpiling, conservation, preparation for better days) and the positive (let’s get to work, there is much to harvest!)

people are taking action, no doubt about it – but is the surest action they can take?
