  watched a great documentary on the history of one of the great brands in the world — the coca cola company (show courtesy of hulu below). the piece covered the ups and downs of the company’s decisions with regards to its image and product. what an incredible and fascinating history it has! the brand is so prolific and nostalgic that it has spawned a subculture of shabby chic collectibles. coca cola branded items are in high demand by junk aficionados on the history channel’s television series pickers.
